                 What is your return policy?

  We're super sad to hear that things didn't work out for you, unfortunately we do not accept returns. All sales are final on transactions, this includes items purchased with a discount code. Orders can only be canceled before being dispatched.

We work closely with manufactures and designers to ensure the quality of your purchase. Every item you see has passed through a multistep inspection process to ensure the quality meets our high standards. In the very unlikely event you receive a manufactured flawed item a claim with photos must be submitted within 48 hours of your parcel being marked as 'received' from your postal carrier. Such items are subject to a full/partial refund or store credit depending on circumstances.

Please note earrings/nose studs (this includes sets) can not be returned of exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

All Customers that have their returns shipped back to us will need to this at their own expense. Please allow 14-28 days for a refund depending on courier used. We recommend using a recorded delivery to ensure your product is returned safely back to us.
Items must be in brand new and unworn condition with the original tags still attached and packaged.
